The Shelby County Republican Party congratulates those listed above, in their respective election as nominees for the Republican Party.
“The vitality and relevance of our county party is evident in the number of contested races on our primary ballot,” County Chairman Freddy Ard noted. “The foremost goal of our county organization is to ensure a victory for every Republican nominee in November and maintaining GOP dominance in Shelby County,” the chairman added.
Ard urged those who were not successful in the primary election to maintain their involvement with the county party. “I encourage each former candidate to not only support our nominees individually, but commit to contribute to the efforts of the Shelby County GOP as we prepare for the general election,” he added.
Additionally, Shelby County BOE, Place 2 will continue into the runoff between Aubrey Miller and Anne Glass.
